What is WrestleCade?

WrestleCade is a 3-day family-friendly convention that celebrates wrestling and sports entertainment from all eras. WrestleCade is one of the largest events of its kind in the world, bringing in an estimated 60,000+ attendees since 2012.

Highlights include:

  • Meet your favorite wrestling stars during FanFest. Have your picture taken with them, get an autograph from them or just say hello. The choice is yours!

  • Experience live wrestling events including our flagship SuperShow Pay-Per-View on Saturday afternoon & AML Wrestling on Sunday afternoon.

  • See your favorite wrestling stars and wrestling personalities on stage as they share favorite stories from their careers.

  • Shop for your favorite wrestling related merchandise from one of our many vendors. Championship belts, action figures, magazines, toys, t-shirts, posters, and MORE! If it’s available you’ll probably be able to buy it!

  • Dress up as your favorite wrestler and compete in our costume contest for prizes.

  • Be a part of once in a lifetime experiences like having your picture taken in an actual ring worn Ric Flair robe!

Who goes to WrestleCade?

WrestleCade appeals to fans of all eras of wrestling and sports entertainment. There’s a balance between the up and coming stars, the current stars and the ones we remember from a nostalgic time. There are events for people of all ages! No matter what style or era of wrestling you prefer, there will be something at this event that will appeal to you.

When is WrestleCade?

WrestleCade is November 28, 29 and December 1, 2024.

 

Convention/Event Hours:

Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm / 4:00pm – 11pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Where is WrestleCade?

WrestleCade takes place at the Benton Convention Center located at 301 West 5th Street in Winston-Salem, NC. The Convention Center is a quick 30-minute Drive from PTI in Greensboro, NC and a quick 90-minute drive from Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, NC.

Where can I get a hotel to stay in town?

The Marriott is our host hotel which is conveniently connected to the Convention Center. They have a special rate for WrestleCade attendees if you reserve your room early. Click here to reserve a room.

Where can I park?

If you stay in the host hotel, they have valet parking available. That is the easiest solution. If you’re staying somewhere else or you’re not staying overnight, there are several convenient parking garages located around the convention center. In addition, there is also lots of parking available on the street. However, it gets taken very quickly and is usually gone by Friday night.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are available in advance HERE. When you purchase your tickets online, your ticket will be emailed to you. We do not mail individual tickets.

How much does it cost to get in?

You can attend the show for 1, 2 or all 3 days. There are discounts for advance ticket purchases. Go to the TICKETS PAGE for all the info on tickets. There are significant savings for three day passes, especially if you get your tickets early.

Do children attend free?

Family-Days are Friday and Sunday where each child 10 years of age or younger get in free to most official events with a paid adult. All Saturday events require tickets for both adults and children. 

I purchased tickets but can no longer attend. What do I do with my tickets?

While WrestleCade Tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable! This means that you can give your WrestleCade Weekend Tickets to a friend OR you can sell them.

 

What happens at the show?

A lot!

Is there food at the show?

Yes. The Convention Center has a variety of snack and meal options for attendees at affordable prices.
If you’d like something else, there are many restaurants within close walking distance from the convention center.

Can I take pictures and video at the show?

Pictures: yes, you can take pictures during ALL events but please use common sense. If someone doesn’t want their picture taken, please respect their wishes. The same holds true for our guests. They have a right to their privacy.

Basically, the answer is: “Ask First!” Remember, trying to take a pic of one of our guests from a distance may seem harmless to you, but they may not want you to do it. If you do take some great pictures, let us know. Send us a copy and we’ll put it on our website for the world to see.

Video: yes, you can take videos during FanFest but please use common sense. If someone doesn’t want video taken, please respect their wishes. The same holds true for our guests. They have a right to their privacy. Live, streaming video is prohibited at all events. Anyone caught live streaming during any events held during WrestleCade is running the risk of having their phone/streaming device confiscated. That’s not cool so just don’t do it.

How can I meet the guests during WrestleCade Weekend?

How much are autographs?

Guests usually charge for autographs in the $15 – $50 range, with some of our headliners charging a little bit more. The vendors generally set the autograph pricing and not the wrestlers. Some autographs are available for pre-purchase online, but all will also be available for sale at the event.

 

Can I get my picture taken with the guests?

YES! Pictures are priced the same way as autographs.

What times do your guests sign autographs?

Autographs are available when the wrestlers are at their booths. Check the Event Schedule for times.

Do the wrestlers have their own items to sign, or do I need to brings things for them?

Most wrestlers have photos available. Some also have action figures but we encourage you to bring your own items to get signed as well.

 

Will <insert wrestler name> be there all weekend?

Be sure to look at the Guest Page for appearance times and dates.

I'm an agent or rep for a wrestler who would like to attend your show as a guest. Who do I contact?

Are there any panels going on during WrestleCade Weekend?

Of course! Without an epic panel, it’s just not WrestleCade Weekend! Check the Schedule of Events Page.

What is your policy concerning minors?

We encourage people of all ages to come enjoy WrestleCade Weekend, as wrestling and sports entertainment appeals to all ages. To make WrestleCade Weekend a safe and enjoyable environment for all, we do have a requirement that all attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a registered attendee of WrestleCade at all times. Please direct all specific inquiries to the Registration staff at the convention.

Is the show safe for minors?

Yes, absolutely. Most of our events are family friendly. However, the panels and  Q&A sessions often contain adult language/adult stories so parental guidance is appreciated.

Is there a dress code for the show?

We only have a few rules. Keep it PG. We are a family friendly show. Use common sense. Shoes must always be worn (no bare feet).

Are bags and backpacks permitted into the show?

Yes, but they will be checked by security at the entrance of the convention center. No weapons or anything that may be used as a weapon will be permitted. We do ask that you use common sense when toting them around, as some backpacks are large, bulky and unwieldy and can block aisles or knock into things when you turn around.
